Evernorth has taken another step closer to the “pure XRP treasury gateway.”

The merger between Evernoth and Armada Acquisition Corp. II has been approved by shareholders, with the transaction expected to close on October 7. After the merger, the company plans to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN and will hold about 473 million XRP. Source: The Block.

In my view, this kind of structure will indeed make XRP exposure more “tradable,” and it may also be easier to attract capital driven by the treasury narrative. On the other hand, the premium after XRPN starts trading, trading volume, and whether the company continues to add to its XRP holdings will all directly affect sentiment transmission.

If early trading attracts strong inflows, XRP in the short term is more likely to be boosted; but when treasury-stock volatility is amplified, pullbacks could also happen faster. Are you more focused on the premium after XRPN lists, or on its subsequent pace of increasing holdings?
