Guys, I already warned you about $龙虾 . I said it could drop 30-40% soon, and look how it reacted.
Meow doesn't drop configurations randomly. I read the data, news, trader positioning and psychology first, then build the setup around what the market is showing.
But yes, there was one problem this time: my SL was too tight. My SL was around $0.1125, but price only pushed to about $0.1139 before dropping hard. Very small gap, but enough to hit the SL first. After that, price moved exactly in the direction I expected.
This is why confirmation matters.
Those who followed the confirmation could catch the full move. But many traders don't follow the confirmation, and honestly, that's what makes me a little sad.
I won't call this 100% exactly as planned because the SL was hit. But predicting the top and then shorting from that zone is difficult. Nobody knows exactly how OI, funding, spot flow and positioning will change when price reaches the zone.
For longs on a pullback, confirmation is important, but sometimes you can skip it when the setup and data are very strong.
But for shorting a bounce, always follow confirmation. Don't short just because price reaches my zone. Wait for rejection and confirmation first.
Congratulations to everyone who followed the confirmation and booked solid profit. ❤️🔥
And $QNT dropped hard too. I still think this can create a good discount, but keep your size small and, as I said before, prefer spot over leverage.
I'm not right every time. Follow the data, follow confirmation and manage your risk. That's how we stay in the game long term. 🐱
