This is a General Notice from the Binance Exchange. The products and services mentioned here may not be available in your region.
Hello Binance,
On Binance Futures, the team periodically reviews each futures contract based on various factors.
You consider the following factors when determining whether a futures contract will be delisted:
Trading volume and liquidity
Network stability and security against attacks
Requirements of new regulations
Changes in token supply, tokenomics, project ownership structure, the team’s commitment to the project, and project development activity
Response to our periodic due diligence request
Evidence of unethical behavior/fraud or negligence
Binance Futures will close all positions and conduct automatic settlement for the following perpetual contracts as listed below:
2026-10-05 09:00 (UTC): USDⓈ-M Perpetual Contracts PROMPTUSDT, PUMPBTCUSDT, and 1000000BOBUSDT
These contracts will be delisted after the settlement is completed.
Please Note:
This information is released as a Notice based on Binance Exchange Rule 17.
Users are advised to close their open positions before the delisting time to avoid automatic settlement.
Users are not allowed to open any new non-reduce only orders for the contracts as listed below:
2026-10-05 08:30 (UTC): USDⓈ-M Perpetual Contracts PROMPTUSDT, PUMPBTCUSDT, and 1000000BOBUSDT
During the last one hour before the scheduled settlement time of a futures contract, the Futures Insurance Fund will not be used to support the liquidation process related to that futures contract. Liquidations triggered during the last one hour will be executed as a single Immediate or Cancel (“IOCO”) order, which will be submitted to the market in a single attempt. If, after executing the IOCO, the assets still available in the user’s account are sufficient to meet the required Maintenance Margin (after accounting for realized losses and any applicable Liquidation Clearing Fee), the liquidation will be stopped. If the IOCO fails to fully reduce the position to a level that meets the maintenance margin requirement, the unfilled portion of the position will be settled through an automatic Deleveraging process (ADL). Users are strongly advised to actively monitor and manage their open positions during the last one hour because this period may experience higher volatility and reduced liquidity.
To protect users and prevent potential risks under highly volatile market conditions, Binance Futures may take additional protective measures for the contract without further announcements, including but not limited to adjusting the maximum leverage value, position value, and maintenance margin on each margin tier, updating funding rates such as interest rates, premiums, and capped funding rates, changing the index price constituents, and using the Last Price Protected mechanism to update the Mark Price.
