For now, this round of “inflow tests” for U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs has been paused.

After 9 straight days and approximately $3.1 billion in net inflows, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs turned to net outflows of $148.7 million on Wednesday; BlackRock’s IBIT also ended its 9-day streak of attracting funds, while Fidelity’s FBTC saw a single-day outflow of $125.6 million. During the same period, spot Ethereum ETFs recorded net outflows of $59.6 million, marking two consecutive days of bleeding.

In terms of the facts, liquidity has indeed cooled. If subsequent net outflows continue to accelerate, the certainty of short-term breakouts for BTC and ETH could be weakened; if ETFs quickly flip back to net inflows, market sentiment may also repair rapidly. What are you paying more attention to—whether BTC can hold key levels, or whether ETF funds begin to flow back in?
