🚨 BINANCE IS CHANGING… AND THIS CHANGE ALMOST GOES UNNOTICED 👀
If you use Binance, there’s a recent update worth knowing:
🔄 Funding Account → Spot Account
Binance announced that it is progressively migrating the crypto assets in the Funding Account to the Spot Account.
The process started on September 29, 2026 and is expected to continue until January 2027.
But here’s the interesting part… 👇
🏦 What will happen to the Funding Account?
After the migration, Binance plans to rename the Funding Account to “Stocks Account”.
Its function will focus on settling operations related to stocks and stock options, while the crypto assets will be managed from Spot.

👀 Why does it matter?
Because it shows something bigger:
Binance is increasingly separating its different product areas.
🔹 Spot → crypto asset management
🔹 Stocks Account → stock-related settlements
🔹 Binance Wallet → Web3 ecosystem
🔹 Binance Alpha → access to certain projects/tokens
🔹 Futures → derivative products
It’s not just a name change.
It’s a change in how Binance is organizing its ecosystem.

⚠️ And there’s another important detail
Since September 29, the Funding Account has stopped supporting on-chain crypto deposits.
Binance also stated that certain assets received through services like Binance Card, gift cards, and Binance Pay will be deposited into Spot.

🧠 MY QUESTION FOR THE COMMUNITY
Have you noticed this change in your account?
Because while many are only watching the price of Bitcoin or memecoins…
Binance is modifying the structure of its own ecosystem. 👀
👇 Do you think these changes will make Binance easier to use, or will you just have to get used to a new account distribution?
