Earlier I could open the ETH chart, look at the candles, close it… and then after 10 minutes go back in 😅
The funniest part is that during those 10 minutes, a lot of the time nothing actually changed.
Now I’m trying to watch the market more calmly. If I’ve already opened a position or I’m just waiting for my entry point, constantly refreshing the chart won’t make the decision any better.
On the contrary — you can end up psyching yourself out over every little candle.
So sometimes it’s better to step away from the phone, take care of your own things, and come back to the chart only when there’s truly a reason to check it.
Do you also sometimes catch yourself opening the ETH chart just to “see what’s there”? 😅
