Institutional Target Price Strategy: Compare the 12-month target price with the current price—the difference is the payout (odds); the larger the upside, the more it’s worth building positions in batches.

Citi raised its 12-month BTC target from $82,000 to $113,000, and raised its ETH target from $2,240 to $3,028. It also expects about $5 billion in capital to flow back, effectively setting a medium-to-long-term odds anchor for major coins.

The current price of BTC is $84,934—there’s about 33% upside remaining to the $113,000 target. BTC is up 1.7% over the past 24 hours, and the short-term momentum hasn’t broken down. Using this institutional algorithm, the current price zone is essentially a band for staged entries; the stop-loss should be triggered if it breaks below the round-number $80,000 level.
