💥Big Bit Eagle Crypto Circle Events 26/10/02💥

• $CT - Binance launched CTUSDT perpetual contracts on October 1 with up to 20x leverage; Binance Alpha simultaneously kicked off two trading contests, with the top 2,000 participants in each round splitting 258,000 CT per round. Effective purchase volume for the first two days is calculated at 3x.

• $NEAR - NEAR Intents was attacked due to vulnerabilities in the Omni deposit/withdrawal infrastructure and interactions with smart contracts, with an initial loss of about $3.8 million. The protocol paused services, completed the vulnerability fixes, and pledged full reimbursement; deposits/withdrawals across 11 chains were impacted at one point.

• $WLFI - Binance extended the USD1 position airdrop from October 2. The prize pool includes 150 million WLFI and up to 2.5 million USD1, distributed in two phases on a weekly schedule to eligible USD1 holders.

• XRP - Evernorth merger deal received shareholder approval. The transaction is expected to raise around $300 million in cash. The company expects to hold about 473 million XRP at closing and plans to list on Nasdaq under XRPN on October 8.

• QNT - OKX listed the QNT/USDT perpetual contract on October 1 with up to 50x leverage, and added QUANTUSD X-Perp to expand liquidity for QNT derivatives.

• BTC/ETH - The U.S. SEC proposed a new custody framework for crypto assets for investment advisers and regulated funds. Under certain conditions, it would allow self-custody and custody by state trust companies. It enters a 60-day public comment period.

In the short term, attention is concentrated on CT’s new listings across multiple platforms and Binance incentives, while NEAR needs ongoing focus on service restoration and subsequent post-incident review. For the medium term, what matters more is the SEC custody framework and the Evernorth listing—both are bringing compliance-institution funds into on-chain assets.
