DogeOS testnet is now live—what should we look at next?

On September 30, DogeOS announced the opening of the public testnet, allowing developers to build and test applications in an EVM-compatible environment. The official quick-start guide lists the Chikyū testnet network parameters and browser setup, and explicitly states using the testnet DOGE.

What I’d really like to see is a verifiable application path: where the contract is deployed, what a single call does, and whether the corresponding record can be found in the browser. An ecosystem list can show who is participating, but it can’t replace actual evidence that the product works. The announcement also reminds readers that each team’s features and release schedule depend on their respective progress.

For those following the $DOGE ecosystem, this news provides a way to validate development progress; the opening of the testnet itself is not proof of a mainnet launch.
