US stock technicals: look at the position first, not the direction
Today, there’s no new narrative in US stocks—only price movement.
Use today’s high and low for technical levels; don’t force old support levels onto the chart.
US Dollar Index 102.03 (5-day +0.82%)
VIX 16.28 (5-day +9.48%)
BTC 24h high 85274 / low 83186, current price 84815. S&P -0.49%, Nasdaq -0.25%; the indices haven’t split. If there’s no split, don’t make up sector stories—wait for the next candle with increased volume.
ETH +1.21% tracking BTC +1.43% closely, FX rate 0.03189. If there’s no independent move, don’t go all-in on alts.
Over here in crypto, I’m watching only one thing: can BTC close above the 24h high of 85274? If it can’t, any rally is just empty talk.
My position: I only do pullbacks, not breakout chase orders. If the structure hasn’t broken, you can keep the core position; adding more must wait for a pullback.
Data: Binance spot 24h / Binance USDT-quoted / Yahoo daily (5-day gain/loss). If something’s missing, don’t fill the gap.
Are you currently in cash waiting for a pullback, or already on the train?
