$XDP This pool was just opened on Base. When I saw it, the price was around 0.0197. There’s about $1.72 million in liquidity sitting in it, and in the first hour it already racked up $5.06 million in volume. It’s a new pool—xdp/USDC—opened just recently.

There’s nothing particularly new in the narrative; it’s just another round of Base meme token fast-runs. People are just trading it because the pool is new, the depth is decent, and the honeypot detection is False—so you can enter and exit. The rest is all driven by emotions. The code isn’t open, and nothing about taxes can be read. Pools like this are pure gambling.

I still kept a bit in my own hands—I’m not pretending to be dead. My judgment is straightforward: I won’t add at the 0.0197 level. I’ll only consider buying if it retraces to around 0.017. If it can’t hold above that, I’ll admit I was wrong and leave. If it breaks below 0.016, I’ll treat it as if I never showed up. On the upside, if it starts eating through 0.022 with volume, then that’s when it would be interesting.

To find these pools quickly, monitor new pools and run honeypot detection. Only after both checks pass should you discuss anything else. Newbies, don’t treat it as a value coin.

In a new pool, what you earn is speed; what you lose is impulse.
