Citigroup just raised its $BTC target price to $113,000, yet the ETF started seeing outflows on the very same day 🤔

📌 Citigroup raised its 12-month Bitcoin target price from 82,000 to $113,000, and Ethereum from 2,240 to $3,028, citing expectations of ETF inflows returning.

📌 But the reality is this: U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have had 9 consecutive days of net inflows totaling about $3.1 billion, before breaking on September 30—there was a single-day net outflow of about $149 million, and none of the 12 ETFs saw net inflows.

📊 Market snapshot: BTC is now around 83,500, oscillating roughly between 82,563 and 85,650 over the past 7 days. The daily RSI is 74, leaning hot. The Fear & Greed Index is 74 (Greed).

My take: If it can trade with strong volume and hold above 85,650, the range may break upward; if it falls below 82,500, the short-term pullback could retest the MA20 (around 81,600).
