Turing Award winner and AMI Labs founder Yann LeCun said in an interview with Fortune that recent AI agent failures were mainly caused by insufficient human oversight and sandbox design, and that they can be prevented through engineering improvements. According to PANews, LeCun also said AMI Labs has about 60 employees and is developing a world model for industrial applications based on the JEPA architecture. He added that the company’s first product will be released soon.
