🚨 Saylor Eyes the $31.85 Trillion Market!
Bitcoin Treasury Firms Are Moving from “Coin Hoarding” to “Issuing Credit”🔥

Michael Saylor has recently thrown out a massive realm of imagination: what Bitcoin treasury firms may go after in the future might not be just BTC itself, but the global stock and fixed-income markets totaling as much as $318.5 trillion.

According to SIFMA’s “Capital Markets 2026” data, in 2025 the global stock market capitalization is about $157.8 trillion, and the size of global fixed-income securities is about $160.7 trillion—together reaching roughly $318.5 trillion.

💰 Saylor’s core logic is that if, in the future, even a tiny fraction of traditional capital allocation flows into “Bitcoin-driven” capital market products, the amount of funds could still be very substantial.
And that’s also why he pays special attention to Strategy and Strive.
In Saylor’s definition, Strategy’s STRC and Strive’s SATA both fall under “digital credit” products built around Bitcoin. In simple terms, common stock is more about letting investors participate in BTC upside, while preferred stock places greater emphasis on yield.

🔥 Strive has also been continuously expanding its play in this space recently.
Strive already holds $50 million worth of Strategy perpetual preferred shares (STRC) and has included them in its own SATA dividend reserve. At the same time, Strive’s SATA is a floating-rate A-series perpetual preferred stock with a par value of $100 and an annualized dividend yield of about 13%.
Even more noteworthy: on September 26, Strive launched the T-Strive Digital Credit Preferred Yield ETF, planning to invest at least 80% of its assets in preferred stock and related derivatives, with an initial portfolio that includes STRC and SATA.

This means a new logic is taking shape:
Bitcoin treasury firms aren’t just “buying BTC and waiting for it to rise”—they’re beginning to build different layers of financial products around BTC assets, including stocks, preferred shares, and ETFs.
