Rebound to the 2725-2740 range, and follow the momentum to place bids/“long”； pull back to 2660-2650, and lightly add positions
Two Cakes moves in sync with Big Cake—rising and then falling back. Last night the peak reached 2737, and then it quickly dumped. Now it’s consolidating around 2688 and drifting sideways. After the higher push, the momentum clearly can’t keep up. Fundamentally, this is still a rebound-and-repair during a downtrend; there’s no real reversal.
Above, 2710-2720 is the earlier dense trading zone. If the rebound reaches here, it becomes heavy overhead resistance. If it can’t break through, it has to continue falling.
For support, first watch the previous low at 2660-2650. If price breaks below it, it will likely keep moving lower.
In terms of execution, prioritize placing bids on the rebound. Enter in batches at 2725-2740. Set the stop/breakout level above 2770. Lizhou (芷楹) is looking at 2660-2650.
