Losing order doesn’t kill you; the attitude that comes after kills you

Here’s a harsh truth: most brothers don’t blow up their account because of a losing order, but because of how they react after losing. That’s what matters.

I’ve witnessed someone lose one order and then rush in to fix it—size doubling. Only when they eventually get liquidated do they turn around and blame themselves. That loop isn’t “bad luck”; it’s psychology. When you lose, your ego is hurt, and the natural reaction is to want to prove you’re right immediately. But the market doesn’t care whether you’re right or wrong—it only cares whether you still have money to keep playing.

For reference only, not investment advice. DYOR.
