LG Energy Solution said it has signed a nonbinding memorandum of understanding with U.S. commercial electric vehicle startup indiGOtech to explore battery supply and technology cooperation. According to Sina Finance, the two companies will seek a final agreement under which LG Energy Solution would supply 46-series NCM cylindrical cells for indiGOtech's upcoming Flow Ride and Flow Cargo electric vehicles from 2027 to 2030.
The companies said they will work on vehicle-battery integration and performance validation, and plan to explore ways to extend driving range and shorten charging time.
