Let’s look at what has been in the news today and caused a rebound across the different financial markets, but with favorable inflation data, signs of industrial expansion, and regulatory adjustments from the Federal Reserve.
1. Inflation gives the Market a breather
The Federal Reserve’s preferred inflation data (core PCE) came in below expectations at 3.4%.
What does that mean? Inflation is still cooling.
The effect: The likelihood that the Fed will raise interest rates again at its upcoming meetings is drastically reduced.
