A token linked to an action does not necessarily provide the same rights as the action.
It may directly represent the title, be an indirect right over it, or simply follow its price.
The difference is important: ownership, voting rights, and dividends are not automatically guaranteed.
Before talking about tokenisation, you therefore need to understand what the token actually represents.
