Lauren Hochfelder, head of global real assets at Morgan Stanley, said commercial real estate may be at an appealing turning point after a prolonged correction, according to Bloomberg.

She said the sector is more than four years into what she called the longest correction in over 30 years, with prices still down more than 20% and trading below replacement cost for the first time since the global financial crisis.
