According to CNBC, Paramount Skydance CEO David Ellison named outgoing Mattel Chief Executive Officer Ynon Kreiz as co-CEO of the planned combination of Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery. Kreiz will handle operational duties at the media company, while Ellison will focus on long-term strategy, creative direction, talent relationships, strategic partnerships, technology and capital allocation. Paramount said Kreiz will oversee day-to-day management and integration of the combined businesses.
