$ETH $2683, direct short view 📉: MA7 $2680 and MA25 $2685 are only 5 bucks apart, stuck together. After they stick, which way will they break? I bet it breaks to the downside.
24h -0.2%, high $2738.5 low $2656.9. CoinGecko is the #12 trending search; it swings 3% in a day. Across 60 4-hour candles, total change is +0.7%. This market is so boring I yawned three times—but when the moving averages are fused, it’s never boring.
The technical setup looks so familiar to me: last night I tried to push up to $2738 and got slapped back. MA7 has already slipped below the bottom of MA25, and the focus is moving down step by step. I’m bearish on this, but my position is light. During the consolidation, either side could flip.
It all comes down to two lines: if it holds above R1 $2748.6 and the consolidation breaks upward, then I’ll go long. If it falls below S1 $2635.7, I’ll watch S2 $2600.1 for acceleration; if it breaks, I’m staying short. Around $2680 in the middle, I won’t touch it.
Where do you think ETH breaks first—up or down? I’m betting on the downside; who wants to argue with me?
