GTC rose 7.15% to $0.09383, and here the conversation takes a completely different direction. @Gitcoin asks a social question before it becomes financial: how do we fund things that everyone needs while no one has a direct incentive to fund them? Quadratic Funding tries to give weight to the number of participants rather than leaving capital size alone to determine everything, while Allo Protocol expands this idea into more flexible community grants.
