Binance futures MEW surged to 0.000579 at 10:00 this morning, and now it’s 0.000514—down 11% from the high. Long accounts rose from 61% to 68%; the more it drops, the more people are still buying and catching the dip.

The large players just did the opposite. In their positions, the long-side ratio was 17.55%, and it dropped to 49.8%—for the first time in 12 days, it fell below half.

The fee rates are loosening. In the 16:00 round, shorts paid back 0.38%—by 00:00 this round it shrank to 0.14%. Across four rounds, the total paid was 0.92%. Shorts aren’t that crowded anymore: their holdings fell from 6.64 billion to 6.05 billion MEW, down nearly 9%.
