🚨 The rally on PCE being favorable: BTC has almost given it all back
Falling from 85,639 to 83,666, reversing nearly 2,000 points
84,000 has already been lost—so is it time to buy the dip or stay away?
📊 Core PCE YoY is 3% (forecast 3.3%), which is good news, but late-chasing funds can’t hold: CryptoQuant shows that 30-day spot demand dropped by about 170,000 BTC.
📍 Current price:
· BTC 83,666｜84,000 has turned into resistance; today’s low at 82,850 is key
· ETH 2,679｜Spot ETF inflows are cooling off, relatively weak
· SOL 118.9｜Still weak before reclaiming 120
⚠️ The reason behind it: The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield remains above 5% at high levels. The expectation of a rate hike in October hasn’t gone away, so risk assets get pushed back every time they surge. The data strength is one-off, but the rate pressure is persistent.
🎯 My approach: don’t buy the dip. Only once it holds 82,850 can we say the pullback is over; if it breaks below 82,000, watch out. We’ll talk about a turn stronger again only after reclaiming 84,000. Cautious mindset—don’t go heavy either chasing longs or shorts.
