Computing power, once again, is suddenly surging—but this time it’s not retail investors charging first.

After the White House meeting wrapped up last night, Trump’s tone on AI regulation softened directly: no hard regulation—just ask big tech to sign “voluntary safety commitments,” and let them self-regulate. For AI and the computing power sector, this is a real, tangible release.

What’s interesting is that the money on-chain moves before the applause in the venue. On the ETH side, major trading platforms’ buy orders on ETH have clearly increased. The market is now watching the breakout level at 2720—just a few days ago, the move toward the 2680 area was only missing that last breath. With policy tailwinds again, it was like someone added fuel. Before the “loosening” even fully landed, institutions had already positioned their holdings—this is the signal I care about most.

Now look at BTC—it’s a bit awkward: the bull market score is almost maxed out, yet funds are clearly shifting toward ETH. I don’t think this means the trend is topping; it looks more like a reshuffling of positions—when the “scoring” is already maxed and there’s no more imagination left, the money goes from where it’s full to where it isn’t yet.

DOGE is still lying at 0.09 and hasn’t followed. This actually tells you something: this rotation is selective. Money rushes first to places where institutions will take over and where there’s a story that can be realized—so it won’t be evenly distributed to everyone. As for that batch of AI-related coins, of course regulatory easing is a positive, but inside the circle the story has already become old news. Retail wallets hold steady; they don’t “release the rabbit if you don’t ask.” This is a good thing. For the next leg to move cleanly, it will have to be driven by capital flows—not by talk.

My bet is that ETH moves first: I’ll recognize 2720 as valid as long as it doesn’t break. After it breaks, more upside opens up. Tonight, I’ll watch two numbers—ETH’s 2720 and DOGE’s 0.10. Whichever one gets touched first, the answer will reveal itself. The wind has changed; money won’t lie. Following the cash flow is the way to avoid going hungry.
