According to CNBC, Mattel named Roger Lynch as its new chief executive officer and chairman, succeeding Ynon Kreiz. Lynch, who has served on Mattel's board since 2018, will become chairman on Oct. 2 and CEO by Nov. 2. He is currently CEO of Condé Nast, a role he has held since 2019. In a company release, Lynch said he was honored by the board's confidence and excited to lead Mattel.
