So impressive! One PHA contract surged 25.6%!

The large-holder account long/short ratio climbed steadily from 1.05 to 1.22 without stopping for nine hours—now it’s realized: spot +26.3%, futures turnover $46 million, and the price pushed up to 0.0828.

But two details you should look closely at: futures OI only rose by 0.5%. The long/short ratio slid from 1.56 to 1.49. The real big money didn’t chase—small and medium accounts were the ones pushing. Active sell orders were still slightly dominant—some people were pumping while distributing.

The fee rate annualized is only 5%; it hasn’t really caught fire yet. The main long positions are still there. Don’t chase highs in the short term—watch for a pullback to 0.075–0.078, then consider going long.

Regulators are also speeding things up. SEC Chair Atkins just said: it’s fine that the CLARITY Act was rejected—within the SEC’s own authority, they will clarify on-chain fundraising rules. Whether there will be exemptions or the path will be registration is not set in stone yet. In the same hour, the UK FCA opened applications for crypto company licenses, with new rules taking effect in October 2027. The U.S. is rushing to finalize the rules, while the UK is rushing to issue licenses. Once on-chain fundraising is clarified, the Launchpad ecosystem directly benefits.

BERA’s OI rose over 7 hours from $5.9 million to $7.6 million—+29% real, fresh capital entering. The big-holder long/short ratio slipped from 1.87 to 1.70; distribution hasn’t started yet. A pullback can be a good entry.
