Fortitude, a Zcash mining platform, has appointed Kimberly Pittman as chief legal officer. She will oversee legal and regulatory matters and help advance Fortitude's proposed business combination with Nasdaq-listed HeartSciences. According to Foresight News, Pittman previously served as chief legal officer, general counsel, and secretary at ReserveOne.

Before joining ReserveOne, Pittman was vice president and deputy general counsel at HubSpot, where she handled corporate governance, board advisory, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and regulatory matters. She also held senior legal roles at SmileDirectClub and CBS Corporation.
