PHA has risen cleanly this round—it wasn’t pushed up by liquidations.
In one day it went from 0.067 to 0.0778, up 16%, just under 1.5% away from the high of 0.0789. Across the whole network, in 24 hours only $320,000 got liquidated—half for longs, half for shorts, with the largest single one under $8,000. Anyone getting on has relatively low leverage.
Binance had成交 of 63.9 million, while holdings are only 8.86 million—chips are rotating quite actively.
The change is happening among retail investors. One day ago, Binance’s long accounts were 43.6%; now it’s 50.5%. Meanwhile, the big players’ long position actually dropped from 62.9% to 59.6%.
