Risk first: This analysis is only based on the abc adjustment wave projection in this set, and does not constitute investment advice. Leveraged trading is extremely risky. Once the daily chart validly breaks below 58.056, this strategy is immediately invalidated and the bottom-fishing idea must be stopped.

Core logic: Extreme support at 58.056. Prefer to wait for confirmation of the bottom; do not start a heavy long position prematurely on the left side. Silver has greater elasticity than gold, so take-profit should allow a larger margin.

I. Key price thresholds (2H + daily dual validation)

Support zone (observe in batches)

1. First observation point: 59.56

◦ Long-entry trigger conditions: After a 2H close, a bottom divergence appears around 59.56 (MACD/RSI); the candlestick closes with a long lower shadow and a bearish engulfing pattern. Coinglass silver long/short ratio > 1.8 (shorts crowded).

◦ Try-long entry: small position trial entry; hard stop-loss: 2H close below 59.20

◦ First take-profit: 63.00; reduce 50%; move the stop-loss up to breakeven for the remaining position

2. Ultimate observation level: 58.056 (the lifeline of this wave setup)

◦ Conditions to trigger a try-long: on the daily timeframe, a stop-loss-to-stabilize structure appears; on 2H, multiple probes of the lows without making new lows; long/short ratio >2.0; with funding rates continuously lifting to the detriment of shorts

◦ Try-long entry: in batches around 58.05; hard stop-loss: daily close below 57.70 (valid breakdown; the wave structure is invalid)

◦ Swing target: first target 65, second target 68.52 (strong resistance; once reached, close all positions)

Pressure zone (rebound validation)

1. Short-term resistance: 63.00

◦ If 2H stands above 63, and gold simultaneously stabilizes, confirm that the short-term rebound has started. If at around 63 the 2H shows top divergence and the long/short ratio quickly drops back, the rebound is likely to fail—reduce positions and exit.

2. Major swing resistance: 68.52

◦ Only if the daily chart holds above 68.52 can this abc correction be confirmed as completely finished. If it cannot hold above, treat it as a secondary rebound within a larger adjustment; exit on strength and wait for another pullback.

II. 2H indicator confluence conditions (at least 2 must be met)

1. RSI: Below 40, a turn upward; it does not keep making new lows

2. MACD: 2H bottom divergence; green bars keep shrinking; a golden cross forms

3. MA: On 2H, short-term MA crossing above MA20 (golden cross confirmation of rebound; a golden cross alone without candle-pattern support is not counted)

III. Monitor funding conditions (Coinglass; auxiliary filter for false bottoms)

1. Long/short ratio threshold: ≥1.8—shorts are crowded, providing a basis for a rebound; >2.0 indicates a high-probability short-term bottom

2. Funding rate: long-term negative (more heavily held shorts); funding rate keeps rising—signal that shorts reduce positions

3. Liquidation pain points: The concentrated liquidation zone above is 63–65; the concentrated liquidation zone below is around 58. When reaching these pain-point levels, a reversal is more likely to trigger.

IV. Risk-control rules (strictly follow; wave forecasting will be wrong)

1. Position rules: total trial-long position on the left side must not exceed 5% of capital; split into 2 batches—never take a heavy position at once. The 58.05 area may allow a slight increase, but the total position cap remains 8%.

2. Stop-loss rules: fixed-price stop-loss; do not hold by subjectively hoping. Once a breakdown is triggered, exit immediately—do not expect an immediate rebound.

3. Invalidation rules:

✘ Daily close <58.056 → The abc wave assumption is invalidated; close all long positions, switch to a short-selling approach, and no longer search for the bottom.

✘ Rebound to around 63, then 2H makes another new low → Within the correction wave there are still sub-waves falling; cancel the try-long plan and wait for a lower level.

4. Cross-validation: A silver rebound requires gold to stabilize in sync. If gold keeps breaking down, the probability that silver’s independent rebound succeeds drops sharply—abandon the signal.

V. Execute take-profit in batches

• Short-term: when it reaches 63, cut the position by half; move the stop-loss to breakeven at entry price, and bet on 65

• Swing: Reduce another 30% at the 65 area; remaining position depends on 68.52—if 68.52 is met with resistance, close everything

• If 68.52 breaks through with volume and holds, you may keep a small position to look for higher targets; otherwise, if 68.52 faces pressure and drops back, exit all positions.
