The most-traded equity contract on Binance today isn’t Nvidia or Tesla: it’s Micron, with $336 million in 24 hours. Report this week.

The campaign asks whether $MU is bullish or bearish at the time of the report. Positioning gives an uncomfortable answer: it’s not betting, it’s reducing. OI fell 1.58% in 24 hours while price rose 1.75%: hedging, not new money.

What’s inside: retail is 57.0% long and has been trending down from 58.6%. The top traders, measured by POSITION, are 68.6% long and were at 68.4% before: a difference of eleven and a half points. And the positive funding: the remaining longs pay to stay.

Here’s what forces me to be precise: in BTC, the edge shows up when OI expands. I tested it in MU over 744 hours of this perpetual, and it doesn’t hold: with OI expanding, price rose in 12 out of 23 cases and 10 out of 21. Here, the strongest branch is different: price falling with OI falling, 13 out of 20 and +0.83%. I’m not copying BTC’s rule where it doesn’t apply.

Today’s setup, price rising with OI falling, gave in MU 17 out of 28 times on the upside, +0.36%: a slight, measured bias, not conviction. My decision: mildly bullish as long as it holds $1,065.21; if it breaks, the target drops to $1,054.64 and the read flips. I don’t use OI as a filter in MU because here it doesn’t have an edge.
