“Market-based technology allocation” is more worth a VET bull case than generic calls for blockchain. The new round of integration pilot tests should not only unblock pain points across the industrial chain and supply chain, but also establish a market-based mechanism for technology allocation: the former presents real business challenges, while the latter lets solutions be shaped by market competition rather than slogan compliance.

This adds grounded talking points to VET’s supply-chain narrative, and I’m happy to count it as a bullish plus. But the plus isn’t an order: the pilot hasn’t explicitly named VET, nor has it promised blockchain procurement. To make this upside materialize, we’ll still need to see the specific projects and application progress—not endlessly repeat policy headlines.
