On September 27, MicroStrategy again purchased 1,665 bitcoins at a price of $85,681. Their holdings reached 847,666 bitcoins, accounting for 4% of the total bitcoin supply, with an average cost basis of $75,437.
BMNR continues to buy ETH every week. Most recently, on September 27, it purchased 17,362 ETH for $2,734 per ETH. Its total holdings are 6,001,302 ETH, with an average cost basis of $3,366.
They are now very close to their target of 5% of the total ETH supply. Currently, they have $672 million on hand, which should be enough to buy 5% of the total ETH. However, they are still down by $4.0 billion on this round. Still, getting back to breakeven should not be too difficult. What BMNR does a bit better than MicroStrategy is that it has additional income from staking. According to management’s figures, it could earn about $358 million per year.
