War machines are already turned up to maximum mode, yet the crypto world can’t be bothered to play out the old script

On the 28th, Putin signed yet another presidential decree, marking the fourth expansion this year. Russia’s total military personnel are now directly raised to 2.44 million, with active duty troops at 1.55 million. Years ago, when news like this hit, safe-haven assets would have been the first to jump in and steal the spotlight. This time, the crypto market doesn’t even bat an eyelid.

I’ve said it before: the market’s attention has shifted. On the same day, SOL was directly blocked at the 125 level, then retreated to stare at the support zone between 100 and 105. ZEC is even worse—within a single day, long positions worth over $30 million were liquidated, and neither longs nor shorts dared to reach out. What does any of this have to do with geopolitics? The money inside the market is biting each other’s positions—nobody’s looking at anybody else.

So what does that tell you? Today, money isn’t paying panic fees. Large funds are hiding in altcoins, snatching up chips from each other. The old “geopolitics” storyline has long been priced in—if escalation were still able to pull the crypto market along, it would have already made a statement. I’m sticking with this view: until a truly incremental variable shows up, the only mainline for the market is internal rotation—coin by coin, squeezing in.

Look at PEPE again. It’s pinned near 0.00000414 and doesn’t move. The “hot money” hasn’t dispersed—it’s just lying on the table pretending to be dead, waiting for the next signal. The money hasn’t left the table; once the wind changes, the speed of replenishment is faster than anyone else. Over on Old Man Ma’s dog side, interest seems to be standing up straight every day—people coming over to check the chart never stop.

Tonight, keep an eye on whether SOL can hold the 105 line. If it holds, the rotation logic stays intact; if it doesn’t, the entire altcoin circle loses another layer of defense.
