AI real estate technology company EliseAI said it has completed a new $350 million funding round at a $4 billion valuation. Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners co-led the round, with Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital also participating.
According to Odaily, this is the fourth time EliseAI has received investment from Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer since 2023, and it comes about 13 months after its previous $250 million Series E round. EliseAI said the new funds will be used for product development and to expand its engineering, deployment, and sales teams in North America. The company’s software currently provides automated leasing, resident services, maintenance requests, and lease renewals, and it covers about one-sixth of apartments in the U.S.
