Projects that are highly dependent on external functionality—better to avoid them.
Just yesterday I saw PAID @UsePaid, which can use X Money to automatically split fees with celebrities. At the time, I thought the concept was pretty interesting, and the market cap even surged to around $50M.
But then PAID paused X Money payments, and within 24 hours it was slashed in half—now it’s only about $13M left.
It’s similar to KAITO back then: the biggest innovation is completely bet on a third-party platform. If they cut it off, GG.🫡
