After X Money payments were suspended, PAID’s past 24 hours nearly halved, with its market cap now reported at $13.6 million.

The biggest fear with this kind of narrative is a broken link: Paid originally emphasized distributing creator fee payments via X Money and using part of the fees to repurchase tokens. Once payments are paused, the market will first cut the valuation of the growth loop. BlockBeats reports that today’s announcement page has already launched a claims portal. Eligible new creator fees can be claimed; in most cases the related assets are SOL, and historical balances will be preserved separately. The team is also developing a separate claiming solution.

Next, there are two things to watch: whether the claims portal is smooth, and when X Money payments will resume. One is confidence being restored, and the other is money flow recovering. Before recovery, any rebound is more likely to be suppressed and trapped by sell-off holders. Which do you care more about—the claiming process—or the timeline for payments to resume?
