Blockstream-developed Bitcoin sidechain Liquid Network has started an independent external security audit of Elements v23.3.4 to provide additional security verification before Peg-out operations resume. According to Odaily, Liquid Federation is also coordinating an update to the PAK list, including replacing existing key entries and ensuring all Peg-out keys are stored in cold wallets. The official announcement said further progress on the recovery will be disclosed later.
