Strategy transfers out 3,568 BTC, alleged to be a custodial reallocation

Don’t rush to interpret the on-chain activity involving Strategy transferring out 3,568 BTC as a “selling signal.”

In a BlockBeats report dated September 29, regarding the on-chain activity monitored by Lookonchain, Arkham analyst Emmett Gallic said that these transactions are neither sales nor external transfers, but rather normal fund reallocations within Fidelity’s custody system. Relevant addresses have been labeled as Fidelity addresses on Arkham.

For the market, the focus is straightforward: first, whether large transfers will continue to amplify concerns about “whale selling”; and second, whether BTC spot can hold key support, which will determine whether short-term selling pressure expectations will continue to cool off. Market sentiment is somewhat bullish toward BTC and MSTR, but these types of on-chain transfers can still increase volatility. Do you tend to view such transfers as custodial reallocations, or should you treat them first as a risk factor for market fluctuations?
