$JUMP's public offering starts tonight at 9 PM. The time is from September 29 to October 2 (21:00–Beijing time).

Jumper is a cross-chain aggregator. It enables cross-chain swaps and transfers within a single interface. It claims cumulative transaction volume of over $41 billion and describes itself as the largest cross-chain aggregator.

This time, it will go through the Legion platform. This is the first time it is doing an independent fundraising, and it does not involve company equity.

What’s more worth looking at than the price are the rules: participants from the US, UK, and UAE are not allowed; for the EU, the number of eligible participants in each member state is fewer than 150; KYC is required, but passing it does not guarantee you can purchase; subscription does not equal allocation—the final distribution will be based on demand and Legion’s rules.

As of now, the price, FDV, and unlock schedule have not been announced.

For this kind of public offering, you register first and then allocations are made. Before the FDV and unlock table are published, it’s still very hard to judge the pricing.
