This pullback still has the taste of not being over yet.
I just took a look at BTC on the 4H chart—around 83,000 it’s starting to grind again. Price has already dipped below the short-term moving averages, and the pressure around the 84,000 area is still quite noticeable.
ETH is similar too. Around 2680–2700 it keeps getting pushed back, and the MACD remains weak.
Right now, I’m actually not in a hurry to guess which way it’ll go up or down. The focus is on two levels:
Whether BTC can get back above 84,000, and whether ETH can hold above 2,700.
If it can’t reclaim those levels, the short term will likely keep ranging and staying on the weaker side;
if it suddenly comes back with increased volume, then the market might be showing signs of turning stronger again.
The most annoying thing about this kind of market lately is—
it looks like it’s about to break out, but once you chase in, it immediately pins you back down.
So today I’ll just watch the chart and not bet on the market’s mood.
