I started looking at TradFi not just as a separate direction, but as an opportunity to add assets with different behavior to my crypto portfolio.
One option that interests me is gold.
For example, right now my portfolio is about $1000, and I allocated $200 to $XAUT Now my assets will not be entirely dependent on the movement of BTC and altcoins.
For me, this is the practical meaning of diversification: not trying to guess which asset will grow tomorrow, but instead distributing funds across different directions.
At the same time, XAUT should not be seen as guaranteed protection against a drop in crypto. Gold also fluctuates in price, and the token has its own characteristics and risks.
So for me, TradFi is primarily the chance to look at the portfolio more broadly and not limit myself to crypto assets.
