“Strive” company buys 1107 Bitcoins as it nears what it holds of 27,500 BTC

“Strive” continued to intensify its Bitcoin purchases, as its CEO “Matt Cole” announced the purchase of 1107 new BTC for roughly $94.5 million.

This brought the average purchase price to about $85,400 per Bitcoin, raising the company’s total holdings to 27,462 BTC.

According to purchase-tracking data, the average acquisition price of “Strive” across all its holdings is about $80,862 per Bitcoin.

With the Bitcoin price currently trading near $83,300, the value of the company’s holdings is about $2.3 billion, meaning it is realizing only limited unrealized gains on its investment.

“Strive” continues its consecutive weekly purchases, as it reported at least 9 buy transactions in consecutive weeks, including weeks in which “Strategy” did not buy Bitcoin or sold part of its holdings.

Financing the purchases via SATA:

“Strive” relies on “SATA” to fund part of its Bitcoin purchase operations—an excellent perpetual Series A security with a variable return rate.

This instrument is traded in public markets and functions as a digital credit product that allows the company to raise capital to buy Bitcoin, while offering investors a relatively high and stable return.

The pace of purchases reflects “Strive’s” ongoing effort to build a large Bitcoin reserve, even as the buying pace varies among the largest cryptocurrency holders
