ONEUSDT risk parameters will be tightened on October 2 at 14:30 (UTC+8). According to the Binance announcement, the maximum leverage will be reduced from 50x to 25x. Existing open positions prior to the update will also be affected; the current market structure at $ONE makes this adjustment especially worth paying attention to.

At 15:37 (UTC+8), Binance’s public data shows that the spot price is 0.002295, down 12.87% over the past 24 hours. The perpetual contract is 0.0022418, down 12.05% over the past 24 hours; the perpetual’s 24-hour trading volume is approximately 89.47 million USDT. In the previous full hour, the perpetual contract fell only 0.24%, but the trading volume rose by 90.10%. Spot during the same period was down 1.07%, yet the trading volume actually decreased by 24.71%, while over the last 4 hours the perpetual contract is still down 2.79%.

⚠️ OI over the most recent hour increased by 0.58%, and within the 30-point window it rose by 6.38%. The Funding indication value is -0.1521%, and the most recent settlement was -0.1938%. When price moves downward, positions continue to expand and Funding remains negative, suggesting that the long/short disagreement is still significant. However, this cannot be used to attribute the entire drop solely to the announcement, nor can it be used to determine the direction of newly opened positions.

Before the adjustment takes effect, I will first see whether 0.0022671 can be reclaimed with increased volume. If price keeps pressing below that level and OI continues to rise, volatility and deleveraging risk may increase. If it breaks below 0.0021645 while OI rapidly contracts, you should prioritize guarding against further downward acceleration.

Finally, I’ve set the livestream schedule. From now on, we’ll livestream every day from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. I noticed that recently I’ve basically been sleeping until around 9 or 10 before waking up. So starting at 11 AM is just perfect.
