Most reviews about cryptocurrency exchanges follow the same pattern: a list of features, fees copied from the official website, some screenshots, and a conclusion about how “convenient and safe” the platform is.
For this review, I decided to do it differently.
I spoke with a person who has been actively using bitgaz.com for about two months, mainly for cryptocurrency arbitrage-related operations. During this time, they’ve carried out numerous trades and more than 100 fund withdrawals.
I asked them to describe in detail their experience with registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, trading, fees, support, and the issues they actually encountered during everyday use.
What follows is their real experience as a user, not a summary of the exchange’s promotional page.

Registration: around two minutes
According to the user, registering on bitgaz.com was fairly straightforward.
They only needed an email address, a password, and to complete a captcha. The confirmation code arrived practically right away, and the entire process took around two minutes.
After registration, they could access the platform directly.
Their first impression of the interface was positive: a modern, clean design that’s fairly easy to understand without spending much time learning where each feature is.
However, after several months of frequent use, their opinion has a small nuance: the design ends up feeling a bit repetitive, and in their view, a visual refresh would not hurt the platform.
They also noticed a small technical issue: sometimes certain images take time to appear even though the rest of the page has already finished loading.
It doesn’t prevent working, but it’s one of those details you start noticing when you use a platform frequently.
KYC: when they actually asked for it
Another point I wanted to check was when bitgaz.com actually requests identity verification.
In this user’s case, they were initially able to use the platform without completing KYC.
The verification request appeared during a 250 USDT transaction.
To complete the process, they had to provide an identity document and a selfie. Based on their experience, the check was fairly quick: they received approval in less than 15 minutes.
After completing this process, they had no further issues related to identity verification.
It’s important to clarify that this is the experience of a specific account. It doesn’t necessarily mean that the 250 USDT limit for requesting KYC is identical for all users. Requirements may depend on account conditions and can also change over time.
Account security
bitgaz.com offers two-factor authentication.
The user set up 2FA without any difficulties, and during the months they’ve been using the platform, they haven’t had any issues related to accessing their account.
For someone who regularly moves funds through an exchange, having an additional verification layer is more of a basic requirement than an extra feature.
In this case, the security setup didn’t cause any complications.
Deposits and withdrawals
This is where the experience becomes more interesting than just a one-off test of an exchange.
Over several months, the user worked on bitgaz.com with different assets, including:
USDT, BNB, TRX, LTC, SOL, DOGE, and BTC.
According to their observations, most deposits and withdrawals took about 1 to 5 minutes.
The most noticeable delay they remember was about 15 minutes. Precisely because of that transaction, they decided to contact support for the first time. Later they explained that technical work related to the network was being carried out at that time.
During these months, they successfully completed more than 100 withdrawals.
Currently, the usual amount of their withdrawals is approximately between $1,000 and $3,000, while the largest withdrawal they made was around $5,000.
One interesting detail is that the highest amount didn’t, by itself, produce a noticeable difference in processing time. The withdrawal close to $5,000 was processed with a speed similar to the smaller transactions.
The exception was the transaction during which KYC was requested. In that case, the total time increased because they had to provide the documentation and wait for approval.
How much does it cost to withdraw funds?
Here it would not be correct to give a single universal figure.
According to the user’s experience, the fee depends on the cryptocurrency and the selected network.
In most cases they remember, the cost was up to approximately $1 in equivalent value. The highest fee they remember was slightly above $1, although they no longer recall which token they used in that transaction.
That’s why it’s more accurate to talk about the range they personally observed than to claim that all withdrawals from bitgaz.com always cost $1.
Before performing any transaction, it’s a good idea to check the current fee directly on the withdrawal page.
Trading, spread, and liquidity
The main use this user has for bitgaz.com is related to cryptocurrency arbitrage. That’s why, for them, execution speed, spread, and the absence of unexpected slippage are especially important.
Based on their observations during these months, the spread in the markets they normally use has been roughly between 0.1% and 0.3%.
One of the last pairs they actively worked with was DOGE/USDT.
During the period of using the platform, they claim not to have noticed any significant slippage in their own trades. The orders were executed predictably, with no major differences between what they saw before placing the trade and the final result.
Again, the 0.1–0.3% range represents this user’s personal observation in the markets they use, not a permanent spread guaranteed by the exchange. Liquidity and market conditions can change.
Support: a real case
Over several months, the user only needed to contact the support service once.
The reason was that transaction which, instead of taking a few minutes like usual, took about 15 minutes.
After contacting support, they received an initial response in about 2–3 minutes.
As they say, it wasn’t just an automated response. The employee explained the situation related to the network’s technical work and helped them understand the reason for the delay.
Finally, the funds were processed correctly.
One conversation isn’t enough to objectively evaluate all of a platform’s support service, but in this specific case the experience was positive.
What they didn’t like
The user also doesn’t consider the platform perfect.
Their first criticism is related to the design. At first, the interface makes a good impression: it’s modern and fairly intuitive. However, after several months of frequent use, it ends up feeling somewhat monotonous.
In their opinion, an interface update would improve the experience.
The second downside is the slow loading of some images. Sometimes the homepage is already ready to use while some graphical elements are still loading.
This isn’t a critical issue, but it’s one of those small details that become noticeable with everyday use.
Why does he keep using bitgaz.com?
I also asked why they continue using this platform after several months, when there are currently so many cryptocurrency exchanges.
The main reason is quite practical: the terms they encounter for their particular way of working.
They use arbitrage strategies and explain that it’s not always easy to find the spreads they need on other exchanges. As long as they keep finding those opportunities on bitgaz.com, they don’t see an important reason to switch platforms.
There’s also another factor: the referral program.
The user has already shared their referral links with several acquaintances, so a small circle of people from their environment has formed who also use the platform.
This point should also be taken into account when assessing their opinion: in addition to their hands-on experience using the exchange, the user is also interested in their referral program.
Conclusion after several months and more than 100 withdrawals
Probably the most useful part of this experience is its duration.
We’re not talking about someone who signed up just to write a review or a single test with a $20 deposit. This is about approximately two months of active use, more than 100 withdrawals, trading with multiple cryptocurrencies, and withdrawals that usually fall between $1,000 and $3,000.
During that period, the user does not report any major problems.
Based on their experience, most transactions take between 1 and 5 minutes, their largest withdrawal was about $5,000, and the only significant delay was related to network technical work.
There are also areas for improvement: over time, the interface can start to feel a bit repetitive; some images occasionally take time to load; and in their case, the KYC request appeared during a transaction, which increased the time needed to complete it.
For this user, however, the deciding factor isn’t the design or the number of available features. They keep using bitgaz.com because, for now, the platform fits their way of working and allows them to access the markets and spreads they’re looking for.
And that’s probably the best way to summarize several months of experience: bitgaz.com hasn’t turned out to be a perfect exchange with no weak spots; it simply keeps fulfilling the functions this user started using it for.
