The overall market is down just 0.7%, yet some coins are down 10 points. The money literally hasn’t gone anywhere—it’s just moved.

BTC is reported today at 83,895, down 0.72%. ETH is still red, up 0.35% and holding above 2,698. On the kind of day when this index stays “dead still,” you can clearly see where the money is hiding.

Let me state the conclusion first: this round isn’t a retreat—it’s swapping seats.

Chainlink is the most eye-catching one today. Over the past 24 hours it’s up 7.38%, with $105 million in trading volume, trading at $15.18 right now. It’s been grinding around the $14 level for several earlier cycles, but this time it directly moved above $15. And the volume can even break past $100 million—among mainstream coins, you can count the ones that can deliver both that price and that volume on one hand.

Someone asked me why it’s LINK. My judgment is simple: this “old infrastructure” has been hyped as an oracle all along, but this time it’s being bought back with real money—not just talked into it.

At the same time, on the other side, others are getting hit. WLD is down 10.78%, trading at 0.4989, sliding from around $1 to below $0.5. UNI is down 8.20%, trading at 8.894, with $111 million in trading volume—volume is expanding while price is falling. This kind of candlestick is the most honest: people talk about long-term value, but they sell first.

LINK has $105 million, UNI has $111 million—the money is all on the “hundreds of millions” scale, it’s just one side moving in while the other side moves out.

So don’t read today’s tape as panic. BTC is only down 0.7%; SOL is down 1.92%. At the top of the downside list, it’s mostly old faces from the previous round’s winners. This is the “high-low rotation”—funds come down from where things already pumped and crouch in areas that haven’t surged yet. In a market where people are truly fleeing, mainstream coins wouldn’t stay only a little green-to-red.

Over on old Ma’s dog side, it’s the same vibe. The popularity has been rising, and it’s supported by the same thing—people actually adding in waves, not just shouting.

When the market swaps seats, the heat also swaps seats. This is a truth the market repeats every month.

Tomorrow at this time, I’m watching just one thing: whether LINK can still stand firm at 15. If it holds, then this line of high-low rotation is basically confirmed.
