Gecko Robotics CEO Jake Loosararian said the next phase of AI safety is keeping humans in control as autonomous systems move into the physical world, according to Bloomberg.

He said Gecko is working with Nvidia on an open agent safety platform meant to set boundaries around AI agents operating robots, including in military and industrial settings. Loosararian also said safety and rapid deployment do not have to be at odds.
