The HBAR strategy I posted earlier already realized profits in the previous cycle—its window and traps are often separated by just one candlestick. $XAU is in that kind of situation right now: on the daily, 4-hour, and 1-hour charts, all the moving averages are in a bearish alignment. Price is being pressed down layer by layer by the EMA50 and EMA200, and each rebound gets suppressed again. In this kind of market, I’m inclined to look for opportunities in the direction of the shorts. But we also have to admit that price is already too far away from the 1-hour EMA50—on the short-term it’s a bit oversold and could rebound to lure longs at any moment.

So I’m not in a hurry to chase. I’ll wait until it pulls back into the upper dense zone to take action. Set the stop loss at a level that would completely invalidate the bearish structure. If it drops further, first watch whether it can break the previous low—only once it breaks does the room open up. Try with a light position; don’t be greedy.
