Wall Street has accelerated its losses since the opening and is once again facing one of the risks that can do the most damage to stock valuations: the rising cost of U.S. government debt. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell as much as 406 points, or 0.79%, as selling picked up in intensity in the technology sector.
